This silk scarf derives from a series of embroidered artworks I exhibited at Collect, the Saatchi Gallery in 2012. This dynamic tumbleweed speeds through time generating its own electricity. A complex embroidery which took approximately 8 months to create, you can read more about this installation on the commissions section on my website. This is one of the first scarves I developed and I have to say I never get tired of it.
All Crepe De Chine silk scarves are printed and hemmed locally.
